Colorful Spring Shoes

Those of you who have read my Start Wearing Flats post will know that I am against high heels. And now is the time to prove my point even more, that you can be sexy and feminine without wearing high heels. Actually, I think mid heels are the best for looks, and I'm so happy they are trendy this spring (and I definitely do not agree with the writer of that article, that kitten heels are the ugly sister of the heels family! If they were, they wouldn't be the shoes women wore in the '50s and '60s, which epitomized elegance, grace and classic beauty). Combined with the current bold color trend, the following pairs are indeed some awesome finds!

What do you think? Let me know in your comments!

  2. I don't like high heels either, but kitten heels... not for me either! But you'd understand if you lived in Portugal ;) They get stuck at "calçada portuguesa" :)
    Nice selection though, very colorful!

I think the traditional Portuguese pavement is something that might interest my friend from the Mosaicology blog...
